FOSTERING ORGANISATIONAL RESILIENCE AND ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT IN ENTERPRISES

When the measures to fight COVID19 were implemented, many European enterprises tried to survive the negative impacts, with low success rates. FENIX project aims to support enterprises in becoming more resilient organisations. The aim is to provide enterprises with the coping mechanisms to achieve a healthy and positive adaptation and also new capabilities and skills to deal with future adversities.

Target-groups

Microbusinesses, SME, Corporations and their workers, Entrepreneurs and adults aiming at improve their Resilience competence.

Results

In the scope of FENIX project, a social online serious game and an eLearning course on Adaptative management are being developed, with ISQe leading these activities. Partners will also develop the ORAM Framework, the Guideline for the implementation of Systemic Resilience practices within enterprises, the Booklet on training pedagogical approaches to Resilience and Adaptive Management and the Exploitation Strategy.
