Learning Resource Manager is a technological solution that supports training management for Managers and Team Leaders. It enhances the planning process and adds the ability to quickly view trainer availability, required resources, and the room where in-person training will take place.
Functioning as a complement to Training Plans and the Cornerstone Learning module, the LRM enables optimized management of all in-person (ILT) and virtual (vILT) training processes.
