Cornerstone offers software on-demand (Software-as-a-Service), having adopted this business model in early 2000 – long before other software suppliers. Whilst other players sought to battle against changing their business software to a more economic on-demand system, Cornerstone focused 100% of its time, energy and attention to creating the only integrated talent system developed online. This methodology allowed us to focus on creating the best possible service and not to have to deal with the problems of evolving and adapting an antiquated solution to today’s technologies.

Cornerstone OnDemand went public on 17 March 2011 (Nasdaq: CSOD).
